Choosing a cabinet distributor for this project was easy…even if it they ended up being far, far away. We’ve worked with Peachtree Cabinet Distributors out of Atlanta for many years, and the service, selection and prices have always been awesome. So awesome, in fact, that we’re willing to fly down to Atlanta, rent a U-Haul and drive the cabinets back up to Maryland!
The final cabinet layout for this house consisted of the kitchen (the main cabinets and the island), the dining room (base cabinets, uppers with glass doors and built-in wine racks) and the bathroom vanities (three bathrooms ranging from a 3′ vanity to an 8′ vanity). It ended up being a lot of cabinets, and here is what the final specs looked like:

In terms of pricing, because we’ve been doing business with Peachtree Cabinet Distributors for so long, they treated us very well. The final price of all the cabinets (not including installation, which is being handled by our trim carpenters) is $11,438.15.
The cabinets will take about three weeks to be built and delivered to the warehouse in Atlanta, and while we could probably have them shipped up here, my wife and I are excited about a road-trip back to our previous hometown to visit friends and pick up the cabinets ourselves. And if you’re in Atlanta and looking for a cabinet distributor, I highly recommend giving Peachtree a call (and tell them J Scott referred you). Not only are they the biggest cabinet distributor in the state of Georgia, they’re by-far the best as well.
