We picked up the final set of drawings from the drafting firm today — these are the actual plans that have been stamped and signed by an engineer and that will be submitted to the county in order to get building permits. The final places incorporated the revisions we requested a couple weeks ago, and they look great.

At this point, we’re just waiting for the formal approval of the ECP/SDP (with hard-copy signatures), at which point we can submit for our building permits…
