We received word today that our Site Development Plan (SDP) has been signed by the county and is ready for pickup. The engineer expects to pick it up in the next 24 hours, make the appropriate copies that we’ll need to submit with our permit applications and then get everything to me.
Hopefully we’ll be submitting for permits in the next day or two, which would put us about 30 days out from demo…
